Mango Achar
आम का अचारRaw mangoes cut by hand, sun-cured for days, then folded into mustard oil and Maa's spice mix. Tangy, bold, and the reason most families finish a jar in a week.
Pickles the way they were always meant to be — mangoes cut by hand, chillies stuffed one by one, cured slow in mustard oil. No factory, no shortcuts. Just Maa, her spices, and a jar with your name on it.

One jar of mango achar, passed down the corridor of an apartment block in Bangalore. It came back empty — and with a list of people asking for more.
Every jar is still cut, stuffed, sun-cured and packed by hand, in the same kitchen, in batches small enough to taste-check. If it isn't right, it doesn't ship.
A hundred families later, the jars now travel across the country — bubble-wrapped, sealed, and carrying the one thing a supermarket shelf never could.
माँ के हाथों का प्यार
Made in small batches, with a mother's hands. The label you can't print on a factory line.
Pick your heat, pick your size, build a jar. Every jar is cured and packed by hand — so what you taste is exactly what Maa made.

Plump red chillies slit and hand-stuffed with a roasted-and-ground masala, then cured in oil. Fiery, smoky, and unapologetically Maa's signature dare.
NewGreen chillies tossed with crushed mustard and a squeeze of tang. Bright, punchy, and the new favourite that sold out the day we added it.
NewGrated raw mango slow-cooked with jaggery and a whisper of spice into a sweet-and-sour lachha. The one the kids reach for first.

Lemons cured slow until the skin turns tender, balanced sweet and sour. Gentle on the tongue and famously good for digestion — Maa's remedy in a jar.

Reordered the big jars within the month. Tastes exactly like my Nani's.
The red chilli one is dangerously good. Finished it far too fast.
Got the samples, then kept coming back. The lemon khatta-meetha is my comfort.
Bought the small one, loved it, ordered half a kilo. Says everything.

Ordered all three for the team. The dabba was empty by lunch.
Shipped half a kilo across the city. Worth every rupee of courier.
I keep a standing order. The aam lachha never lasts a week here.
Homemade in the truest sense. You can taste that it's small-batch.
